WWE RAW fully leaned into crossover chaos this week as the Stranger Things universe bled into the ring during a special themed edition marking one year of RAW streaming on Netflix.
From the moment commentary opened with “We aren’t in Hawkins anymore,” it was clear this was no standard episode, as voices like Michael Cole and Corey Graves helped guide viewers through the night’s surreal tone.
The Barclays Center was transformed into the Upside Down, complete with creeping vines around the ring, a Demogorgon bursting through Gorilla, Scoops Ahoy props backstage, and an eerie atmosphere underscored by the show’s signature theme music.
Even a Stranger Things-inspired championship belt made an appearance, further blurring the lines between Pop culture spectacle and WWE storytelling.
Beyond the visuals, the night delivered several major in-ring developments involving stars like CM Punk, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, and Gunther, with multiple championships on the line.
