Turtle time is officially back, just with better weather.
E! just announced a new docuseries reuniting some of the most iconic names from the original ‘Real Housewives of New York City’ lineup. Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Jill Zarin, and Kelly Bensimon are swapping the Big Apple for Palm Beach in ‘The Golden Life,’ trading skyscrapers for sunshine as they navigate this next chapter together.
According to the show’s synopsis, the ladies are kicking off a fresh era in Florida with fabulous second homes and a buzzing social scene. Expect the signature chaos, humor, and non-stop hijinks fans have come to love as the group tackles dating, family drama, and career milestones. But don’t assume it’s all smooth sailing. “Though skies are bright in Florida, unresolved drama looms as they reconnect after years of highs and lows,” the synopsis warns.
These five first came together when ‘RHONY’ launched back in 2008, and their bond (and beef) has been entertaining fans ever since.
Val Boreland, President of Entertainment at VERSANT, couldn’t hide his excitement about the reunion:
“We’re thrilled to welcome reality TV royalty to E! for a reunion fans have been waiting for. The energy within this group has always been electric and we’re excited to watch it unfold in a new chapter of life by the beach.”

De Lesseps actually hinted at this Florida action back in October when she told Decider about where everyone had ended up. “Sonja is in Florida, Ramona is in Florida, Jill’s in Florida. So maybe there’s a little OG Florida action going on,” she teased.
No premiere date has been announced yet, but ‘Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip’ fans who’ve been catching glimpses of this crew over the years are already counting down.
