The Devil of Hell’s Kitchen is back. Marvel Television has dropped the first teaser trailer for ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ season 2, confirming the series will return to Disney Plus in March.
The explosive new footage showcases Charlie Cox suiting up once again as the blind vigilante Matt Murdock, who’s leading a resistance against Mayor Wilson Fisk’s (Vincent D’Onofrio) corrupt reign over New York City. With Fisk’s Anti-Vigilante Task Force hunting him down as public enemy number one, Murdock must fight from the shadows to dismantle the Kingpin’s empire.
The eight-episode season, which premieres on March 24, brings back familiar faces, including Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Wilson Bethel as Bullseye, and Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn. But the real showstopper? Krysten Ritter is reprising her role as Jessica Jones for the first time since her Netflix series wrapped in 2019.
The private investigator joins Murdock’s resistance movement, marking a major reunion for the former Defenders. Marvel Television head Brad Winderbaum previously compared her role in season 2 to Frank Castle’s presence in the first season, suggesting she’ll have a substantial arc.
Also joining the cast is Matthew Lillard as the mysterious Mr. Charles, while Elden Henson returns as Foggy Nelson despite being killed off in season 1, likely appearing in flashbacks.
Created by Dario Scardapane, Chris Ord, and Matt Corman, the series continues the story from Netflix’s original ‘Daredevil’ run.
Season 2 debuts March 24 at 6 p.m. PT exclusively on Disney Plus, with new episodes rolling out weekly on Tuesdays.
