Married At First Sight UK is heading back to our screens — and if the newly-dropped reunion trailer is anything to go by, the dinner party from hell is very much on the menu.
Channel 4 has confirmed the reunion special will air this Sunday at 9pm, running 90 minutes and bringing back familiar faces from last year’s series for what insiders are calling a night of unfinished business. Filmed back in November — roughly six months after production wrapped — the special catches up with the couples, both the success stories and the not-so-successful ones, at a sit-down dinner party that quickly goes sideways.
Among those returning are Bec and Bailey, who parted ways just before the experiment concluded, alongside brides Nelly and Sarah, and grooms Davide and Keye — whose pairing was one of the series’ more promising matches. Dean is also set to make an appearance.
A source close to the production told The Sun:
“One husband confronts his ex-wife over a shocking revelation, while a former bride finds herself at the eye of the storm, as she’s pulled into the centre of another couples’ conflict, sparking a fiery showdown. Secrets spill and alliances shift in a night that proves truth always finds its way to the table.”
The trailer itself doesn’t hold back either. Bec, speaking candidly about her split from Bailey, says:
“I don’t hate him, but I hate what he has done to me.”

Meanwhile, fans on social media have been counting down the days, with reactions ranging from pure excitement to full alarm-setting mode ahead of Sunday’s airing.
Ahead of the reunion, Dean has also been making headlines in his own right. The 31-year-old Londoner — who faced body-shaming comments from his matched partner Sarah during their honeymoon in the Maldives — took to Instagram this week to share a striking before-and-after video documenting an impressive three-stone weight loss, dropping from 135kg in January 2025 to 115kg as of this month.
In the caption, he wrote:
The changes are starting to show. Still early in the journey and still work to do, but I’m heading towards that finish line one song at a time with my Juniper by my side. Let’s keep going.
The Married At First Sight UK reunion special airs Sunday, March 1 at 9pm on Channel 4, and is available to stream via the Channel 4 app.
