The ladies of ‘Mob Wives’ are gearing up for a return to the small screen, though the reunion won’t be complete.
TMZ reports that networks are currently in talks to bring back the reality series, with Renee Graziano set to lead the charge.
The timing couldn’t be more fitting, as the “mob wife aesthetic” trend continues to dominate social media and fashion circles.
While Graziano is confirmed to star, sources suggest original cast members may pop up in cameo roles, though the full lineup remains under wraps.
However, one familiar face won’t be making an appearance. Drita D’Avanzo, the show’s breakout star, has reportedly turned down an offer to participate.
The reality star told the outlet she’s passing on the opportunity to focus on other ventures, including her role on ‘House of Villains’ Season 3, which premieres February 26. She’s also working on a scripted project set to shop for buyers in March.
Production on the reboot is expected to kick off later this year, though producer Jennifer Graziano notes details are still being finalized. Meanwhile, the Staten Island native is keeping busy with her “Married by the Mob” immersive dinner show, an interactive mob wedding experience launching mid-February.
