The financial pressure surrounding Kim Zolciak appears to be intensifying just days before Christmas. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has reportedly been hit with another six-figure tax lien from the IRS, further complicating an already messy personal and legal chapter.
According to newly filed records, the reality star now owes more than $1.3 million in back taxes, with the latest lien totaling roughly $164,000 tied to unpaid amounts across 2019, 2023, and 2024. The filing is linked to a six-bedroom Georgia property valued at around $1.3 million, following the sale of her former marital home earlier this year.
Zolciak and estranged husband Kroy Biermann have yet to finalize their divorce, which continues to play out in court alongside mounting financial disputes. Biermann has accused his ex of withholding financial documents and violating a prior agreement by discussing their split publicly, citing interviews with Andy Cohen and Kristin Cavallari.
On top of that, Zolciak has been pulled into her boyfriend Kyle Mowitz’s high-stakes divorce, where she’s facing questions about finances and alleged gifts. As of now, the IRS liens remain unresolved.
